The small Camera that was hidden in my mobile phone told me when I bought it that it couldn' bear my pocket's darkness. So I tried entertaining it a bit and me too. This is a collection of pictures I took all along last year. Most of them were done in courses where we (I + friends) were so bored that we couldn't resist playing with that light-grabber. As you can see the size and quality is very bad but it's a great thing as you'll notice that most interesting pics often use Camera's limits. (fields, sensitivity, resolution, etc.) Images are out of order (actually in chronological but who cares ?)

My pencil case.

Glowing Bush on an english course paper

Took at a diner. That could be James Bond

Cinema, Cinema, 01 47 20 00 01...

"Britanny Day" trip on a small island during courses! Cool-balanced pic.

Chinese course. Thanks to the wide lens.

Color layers. Actually would have been better from closer

My "famous" dog picture. :)

My brother after a bike crash. Darkside-Brightside. Actually it was really impressive.

The man behind the front of the Camera.

I love marketing. Which is cheaper, with or without 20% ?

A magazine.

A light flake falling on a dead tired friend sleeping in the street after a D'n'B party. You can see the quality of the Camera in low lighting.

"Suspiria" lighting on some bulding in Brest the day of Troublemakers free concert. (2005)

The Fish-Pen. Beginning of a long serie of pics with it playing all kinds of roles :p

To the question: "What have I shot ?" nobody could ever find the answer. And nobody ever will in my opinion. Maybe the strangest picture of all: A man under a spot light with a horse head. This image is a pure luck, it's actually a shot of the inside of something like this in low-lighting. There is no man nor horse no direct light source and it's during a course. (So, would you have guessed ? xD)

Another english course paper. Cool effect.

A finger in very close up. The idea was to get the gradient of skin to light. I think I got it. =)

Marks on the wall turned into some painting. (thanks the Cam we don't see it's some durt.)

Inside of my hand.

A finger in close up with my pants in the back. Cool effect again.

Another attempt in making a color layer in course.

My only attempt to make an image that looks both modern and unbalanced. I'm quite happy with the result. It's very "electronica"-spirited and it's actually my class room, black things on left are the seats.

Dune. A red dune on a blue sky of the end of the day. No I'm kidding, it's a red coat front of a classroom seat. :p

A little figurine of Sam Gamegie in class.

Sam Gamegie riding the Giant Fish.

A boat at the harbor. Fits particularly well the wide format. Here the quality of the Camera is a real disaster.

Close-up of a friend mobile phone key pad. Looks like stones in the water.

Friend dancing in club. See how the cheapest lens in the world can create colors.

Another color creation, same evening.

Out of the club, some surnatural color was flooding from far, helped by the fog.

Same thing. This could be a Turner painting.

Krill

Flatest nose ever weared by a fish I guess. We could fry it and use it to put pizza in the oven.

I'm not sure the teacher would have enjoyed lighting up the thing. Made us laugh a lot anyway. :p

Anniversary party of the one in the middle of the shot (Kikoo DelNoz) surrounded by youngsters aka friends.

Friend cleaning room after party. We don't have the movement but only Freddy Mercury could have done it with more "show energy".

Same friend. With well, you see. If you want his private mail and phone number, drop me a mail. (lol)

A snail on the wall. Looks like on TV due to lens effect.

Same friend as above protecting himself from all the evil spirits around in an after party. He did all around his arm as up as he could.Took days to disappear. =)

The sheet where you sign to prove you're here. The teacher didn't like the joke. Took us an hour to make. Shame I don't have any pic of the second sheet which was completely painted into an aquarium with all possible fishs.

2nd half of the sheet. Note the course was in april or something but definitely not in christmas. =)

Back home on the train, I shot 2 brother kids. Kids are great to shoot cause they don't look at the Camera.

I love this pic. The train was overcrowded I was with the kids and some other peoples on the floor. Thanks to the kid again. (he didn't even know I was taking pictures. :p)

The kids are gone but people remain. That camera was a good time killer.
